Lynda Randall’s passion is helping groups of individuals form high
performing teams. A skilled team leader herself, she systematically helps
coworkers develop the tools they need to function as a team in today’s
workforce. Rather than challenging participants to perform physical feats
of daring, Lynda leads an inclusive process that everyone can complete
and helps participants develop an appreciation for the skills and talents
of all team members.
Not only is Lynda an experienced trainer, she is also recognized as an
outstanding facilitator who has facilitated strategic planning teams and
advisory committees, creating a productive, high-energy environment.
Lynda has a Master’s Degree in Education and extensive teaching
and training experience in positions including adjunct professor at York
College of Pennsylvania and adult trainer at Family Child Resources.
While serving as Director of Adult Education at Junior Achievement of
York County, she developed her unique team building workshop which was
attended by Harrisburg Chamber of Commerce, Penn State York, Harley-Davidson,
Bank of Hanover West Shore School Board, Harrisburg School District, Southeastern
School District York County Economic Development Council, and Red Lion
School District Administrators.
In 2006 Lynda co-founded New Level Advisors and began developing a new
approach to team building. This led to her "The Five Dysfunctions of a
Team" workshop based on the book by Patrick Lencioni.
